What to Expect

Easter at River City is a welcoming, family-friendly celebration where the power of God is present and lives are impacted. You’ll experience meaningful worship, a hope-filled message centered on the resurrection of Jesus, and an atmosphere where everyone can feel at home.

We offer engaging environments for kids, students, and adults, making Easter a meaningful experience for every age. Whether you’re new to church or have been attending for years, you’re invited to come as you are and celebrate the hope of Easter with us.

Service starts at 10 AM.

If you have children, please allow extra time for Kids Church check-in.

Good Friday Egg Hunt

Join us for a Glow-in-the-Dark Egg Hunt on Good Friday—not at River City, but at a special off-site location: The Hennigan Venue, 357 Neville Drive, Lorena, Texas 76655.

This event is open to all ages and designed to be a fun, family-friendly evening for our community.

What to Bring:

One dozen candy-filled eggs per child
A flashlight (it will be dark!)
Lawn chairs for seating

Kids of all ages are welcome to participate, and families are encouraged to come early, settle in, and enjoy the evening together.
